The Thanksgiving Dinner at The Palm in Charlotte will be a three course meal with several menu
selections for different tastes, but the main entrée will be slow roasted hand carved turkey served

The first course features a choice between roasted butternut squash soup and lobster bisque,
which is a Palm signature dish. The second course offers three choices of salads, from a mixed
green salad, an apple and arugula salad, or a classic Caesar salad with Parmigiano reggiano. For
dessert, choose between New York cheesecake and pumpkin pie. The cost is approximately $45

The Thanksgiving Dinner at the Mimosa will feature a Southern table with family style service,
which means bowl will be brought to the table where diners will share at the table. This is a three
course family meal. For starters, the Mimosa offers a delightful bread basket with assorted
pumpkin bread, banana breads, zucchini bread, sourdough rolls and whipped butters. The starters
include butternut squash and autumn apple bisque, chilled shrimp cocktail and organic greens
salad with balsamic and buttermilk dressings brought to the table.
For the entrée, you can choose two form the four offered. The four entrees are roasted turkey with gravy, prime rib, smoked pork loin and apple jam, or roasted salmon. All sides are brought
to the table and these include spice roasted sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green bean
casserole, cranberry-cherry relish, squash casserole, cheddar macaroni and cheese and cornbread
sage stuffing. For dessert, you will be able to pick from a selection on Chef Nicole’s miniature
desserts. The price is $24.95 per person and will be served from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.

The Liberty Gastropub in Charlotte, North Carolina
The Thanksgiving Dinner at the Liberty is a two course meal with selections for preferred tastes
in each course. For the first course you can choose from butternut squash soup, trout and jumbo
crab cakes, organic baby green salad with whipped goat cheese, or roasted pumpkin gnocchi with
wild mushrooms. For the second course, choose between slow roasted turkey and stuffing,

Red Rocks Café at Strawberry Hill in Charlotte, North Carolina
The Thanksgiving Dinner at the Red Rocks Café will be at the Strawberry Hills location. The
meal will be served buffet style and will include Savory Herb Roasted Turkey with Gravy,
Tender Pot Roast, Lemon-Cranberry Glazed Atlantic Salmon, a cold Pineapple Glazed Roasted
Ham platter, and southern fried chicken. Sides will include cornbread dressing, giblet gravy,
candied yams, garlic broccoli and cauliflower with cheddar, green bean casserole, mashed
potatoes, macaroni and cheese, creamed corn and fried okra.
Other items include four bean salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, pasta salad, relishes, potato salad
and garden salads. Red Rocks also provides a Kiddie Korner Buffet with piggies in a blanket and tater tots. There will be many traditional desserts in a large dessert buffet. Prices are $32.95 for
